Diesel offers flat rate shipping for all orders in the United States including U.S Territories, APO and FPO addresses. Shipping costs are based on the selected shipping method. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method to Second Day or Overnight, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time or your order may not be processed until the following business day.* Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
*Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. If you ordered multiple items, they may ship in separate boxes with no additional shipping charges. You will receive separate emails with tracking information for each box once shipped. Please note that on occasion, such as during holidays, there may be a slight delay in processing time.
COUNTRIES TO WHICH WE DELIVER
We only deliver to addresses in the United States, United States Territories, APO/FPO addresses.
You may choose the shipping method you prefer: Standard, Express, and Overnight. Check shipping times and costs. Remember that the delivery times only include working days, and that holidays are not considered.*
*Please note that you must choose standard shipping if you enter a shipping address that includes General Delivery/Poste Restante addresses as UPS does not support deliver to these locations.
TRACKING THE DELIVERY
You may track the delivery of your order by using the tracking number provided by the UPS or USPS. Tracking number will be displayed on the shipping confirmation e-mail that you receive as soon as the order leaves our DC.
You may check the shipping status of your order on the "Check an order" section of the my account page.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before you can track your parcel.
Undelivered packages will be returned to our DC and the order amount will be refunded on the original payment method.

Please note that some of our products may arrive encased in a black poly bag in addition to our standard packaging. This is to ensure certain fabrics' protection from light exposure that may occur when products are in transit.
