Remember you can return or exchange your items within 30 days from delivery with our free return service.

You can select the Gift Option during checkout, before entering the delivery address. Your order will be shipped without printing the prices, and we'll add a free card to your order so you can surprise the receiver with a personal message.

Gift orders can be returned or exchanged following our regular return policy.

You can ship to a different Country/region than the one you live in or are browsing from by clicking on the "Country/region," link, located at the bottom of each page of the website, and selecting the new location from the list.

Please make sure you select Country/region you want to ship your order to, otherwise the purchase will not go through.

The catalog, prices, and services offered by Diesel may vary depending on the browsing Country/region. If the location you are looking for is not listed, it means that Diesel is currently unable to ship to that area.

We are happy to help you place your order by phone, or assist you with any questions you may have during the purchase: call us at the number you find in the "Contact Us" section. 

You can send an order to a different Country/region from the one you are physically in by simply changing the location from the footer of the website. It's important to make sure the delivery address you enter matches the Country/region you selected, as our catalog, services and prices may vary according to location.

Please check there are no spaces or other punctuation marks either before or after the code you are typing or copy-pasting, and that the code is written correctly (Codes are case-sensitive.) Please note some promo codes cannot be used together or combined with other offers. Additionally, you may need to log in in order to apply them. If you need further assistance, please contact our Client Service team.

If we must remove an item/s from your order due to damage or no availability we will send an email detailing the changes to your order. We can assure you that the price of these items will not be charged.

If you paid by credit or debit card, you might still see the authorized sum including these items – timing for the authorization to be updated depends on the bank that issued your card, however the final charge will always reflect the updated, shipped item total only.

A confirmation email will be sent directly to the address used to place the order upon processing. You can also download your purchase receipt from your account, in the Orders section, or from the "Track your order" page in our Help Section if you are not a registered House of Diesel member. Should you have any trouble downloading your receipt, please contact our Client Service team, we will be happy to send it to you by email.

You can request a tax refund on items purchased in Diesel flagship stores. At the moment, it is not possible to claim a tax refund on online purchases. You will receive a receipt for your online order by email (you can also download the receipt from the website after delivery.)
