Returns and Exchanges

Items purchased on Diesel.com that meet all return conditions, can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from delivery or from pick up in store. Returns/exchanges are free.

You can choose the option that works best for you: requesting your return online, contacting Client Service, or returning in a Diesel flagship store.


ONLINE RETURNS

  • Fill in the Return Form, selecting the items you want to return or exchange. After completing the form, you will receive a return authorization email with instructions for shipping the package back to us.
  • Prepare the items in the original order box, making sure you include any accessories and original packaging they came with. The items must be exactly as you received them, with all tags attached.
  • Print and apply the pre-paid return label on the box and drop are you nearest UPS location.

RETURNS THROUGH CLIENT SERVICES

  • Call Client Services and provide them with your order number and the email address used for purchase.
  • As soon as the client assistant completes the request on your behalf, you will receive a return authorization email will instructions for shipping the package back to us and a return label to be printed.
  • Prepare and ship the items as indicated in the "Online Returns" procedure above.

In both cases, the items will be quality checked before the return is accepted. Refund timing will depend on the original payment method. 

IN-STORE RETURNS

  • Select your nearest Diesel store (check where the service is available from our list of stores)
  • Take the items to the store, making sure you include all original packaging, any accessories they came with, and that tags are still intact. You will need your order number and the email address you used for the purchase. Our client assistants will activate the return request and check your items before accepting them.
  • After your visit, you will receive a return acceptance email. Refund timing will depend on the original payment method.

You can change the size or color of an item purchased online. Exchanges can only be requested through the online Return Form or by calling Client Services.

ONLINE EXCHANGE

  • Fill in the Return Form, selecting the items you want to exchange and the new size/color you would like.
  • After completing the form, you will receive an authorization email with instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  • Prepare the items in the original order box, making sure you include any accessories and original packaging they came with. The items must be exactly as you received them, with all tags attached.
  • Print and apply the pre-paid return label on the box and drop off at your nearest UPS location. Your pre-paid label will be available to print from the authorization email.
  • The new item will be shipped to you after our warehouse has received your package and checked the items. We will email you the tracking number of the shipment to make sure you can follow the delivery of the new item.

EXCHANGE THROUGH CLIENT SERVICES

  • Call Client Services and provide them with your order number and the email address used for purchase.
  • Indicate the new item size/color you would like to receive.
  • As soon as the client assistant completes the request on your behalf, you will receive an authorization email with instructions for shipping the package back to us.
  • Prepare and ship the items as indicated in the "Online Returns" procedure above.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges in-store; if you prefer to bring your return to a Diesel flagship, our store staff will be happy to accept your return and support you with placing a new order.

Return are always free. Please create your return using the online form and print the label provided via email.


If you have a UPS pre-paid return label:

If you are not 100% happy with your items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days from delivery or from when you collected them in-store.

For your return/exchange request to be accepted, please make sure it meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be exactly as you received it, with all tags attached and with any dedicated packaging or accessories. Swimwear, underwear, sex toys and fragrances and any item marked 'Final Sale' are not able to be returned or exchanged. In addition personalized items are not eligible for return/exchange.
  • Products belonging to the same order must be returned in the same package. If for any reason you want to return items belonging to the same order at different times, the shipping cost for the second package will be at your expense, and you will need to organize and pay for the return shipment.
  • The return must be sent from the same Country/region where the order was delivered.
  • The return/exchange must be requested within 30 days from the date in which you received the order, or from when you picked it up in store.
  • Products must have been purchased online on diesel.com, and not in a Diesel store or from a third-party retailer. If you need assistance with Diesel items purchased offline, we invite you to contact our Client Service or the store where you originally purchased them.

Refunds are issued to your original form of payment on the order, both for online returns and for returns in store.

The return and refund will be processed within 3-7 business days after the return has arrived at our warehouse. Timing for the credit to show in your account will depend on the payment method and on banking procedures.

If you have any questions on refund timing or if you need any assistance, don't hesitate to contact Client Service: we can check in real-time the status of your refund and give you additional updates.

Faq

We offer exchanges for a different size and/or color; we cannot send you a completely different item. Remember that you can return any item for a full refund within 30 days from delivery if it meets all return conditions.

We cannot accept items without all tags attached, as stated in the Conditions of Sale.

Please note that products need to be returned new, in exactly the same condition you received them – worn, damaged or modified items will not be accepted. We therefore suggest taking every care, when trying your items on, not to damage them or remove any tags. Footwear must be tried on a soft carpeted surface.

The exchange can be canceled if, when we prepare the package, we realize the item you requested is not available or damaged. Should this happen, we kindly ask you to proceed with a new return request. We will issue a full refund once we receive the returned item(s).

To request a return all you have to do is fill in the online Return Form. Once you have completed this form, you will receive an email with a new shipping label you can print and use immediately.

If you need any assistance, our Client Service will be happy to help you fill in the Return Form or prepare your return.

If you prefer, you can also take the items to a Diesel flagship store.

You can check the status of your return from the "Track your order" page. Enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase, and you will be able to see all order and return details. If the return is marked as "accepted", this means the refund will be requested shortly, or has already been issued. House of Diesel members can find this information also in the Account section, after login.

Of course: items purchased on diesel.com can be returned together, even if delivered at different times or belonging to different orders (as long as it's less than 30 days from delivery and that they were all shipped to the same Country/region).

To request your return authorization, fill in the online Return Form for each order or call our Client Service. Then, place all the items from the same order in a single box for return. Attach one of the pre-paid courier labels sent via email after the return form has been filled out, and proceed with pick-up or drop-off as you would for any other return.
