Return Procedure and Conditions
To be sure that your shopping experience on The Diesel Planet is the best it can be, we’ve created a very easy return procedure. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item purchased on our store within 30 days from the date the order was placed.
Pre-Paid Return Shipping
For convenient returns of products purchased on Diesel.com, simply use the pre-paid return label supplied with your original packing documentation. Complete the form on the reverse side of your packing slip and enclose it with your merchandise. If you do not include the completed return form, we will be unable to process your return. No postage is required.
Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit in your original form of payment. Please allow 7-14 business days to process your return. Your credit card will show the credit in one to two billing cycles.
Your Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

If possible, pack merchandise securely in the original product packaging. All products must be unworn, unused with tags still attached. Items must be returned within 30 days of the order being placed to ensure proper credit. You will need to complete the form on the reverse side of your packing slip and include it in the return package. Refunds will be made in the same manner as your original form of payment, less adjustments for shipping and handling.
If you chose your own return shipping method, all return shipping charges must be pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable shipping service. Save the shipping receipt with the order tracking number for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited. Keep the Return Order Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.

Your return will be accepted within 3 working days from the delivery date at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you.
You can keep track of the return status through My Return or with the UPS Tracking Number you find on your copy of the pre-printed label.
Notes:- We cannot accommodate exchanges at this time
- Vintage, Beachwear, Underwear and any items from Sample and Charity Sales are FINAL. From time to time, we may designate other merchandise as non-returnable, as well. Any such designation will be noted on the Product Page of non-returnable products.
- Send your return from the same Country in which you placed your order. We are not able to accept returns from different Countries.
