Return Procedure and Conditions


To ensure that your shopping experience on shop.diesel.com is the best it can be, we defined a quick and easy return procedure. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item purchased on our store within 30 days from the date the order was placed.

  • Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging.
  • Products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time and must be shipped from the United States.
  • Use the pre-paid return shipping label or your own standard return shipping.

Pre-Paid Return Shipping


For a convenient return of products purchased on shop.diesel.com, use the pre-paid return label available on your original packing documentation. Complete the form on your packing slip and enclose it with the merchandise that you want to return. If you do not include the completed return form, we will be unable to process your return. No postage is require. Just stick the pre-paid return lable on the package and drop it at the closest UPS or USPS location.
Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit in your original form of payment. Please allow 7-14 business days to process your return. Your credit card will show the credit in one to two billing cycles.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Tracking number is displayed on the pre-paid return label. Keep it to monitor the delivery status.

If possible, pack merchandise securely in the original product packaging. All products must be unworn, unused with tags still attached. Items must be returned within 30 days of the order being placed to ensure proper credit. You will need to complete the form available on the original packing slip and include it in the return package. Refunds will be made in the same manner as your original form of payment, less adjustments for shipping and handling.
If you chose your own return shipping method, all return shipping charges must be pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable shipping service. Save the shipping receipt with the order tracking number for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.

Return to Store


You can return items purchased on shop.diesel.com to one of the Diesel Stores listed below within 30 days of purchase date. Just follow the steps listed below:

  • Locate your preferred Diesel Store (please reference the list below for participating locations)
  • Bring the item(s) that you want to return to the Diesel Store. Do not forget the original invoice including the pre-paid return label. When possible, please bring the item(s) in the original shipping box.
  • Save the tracking number displayed on the pre-paid return label. This will give you the opportunity to monitor your return.

Diesel staff will help you manage your returns. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original form of payment used when shopping online once we have received your return. After the return is received and we have verified that all of the conditions have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that the refund has been issued.

- We cannot accommodate exchanges at this time
- Vintage, Beachwear, Underwear and any items from sample and charity sales are final. From time to time, we may designate other merchandise as non-returnable, as well. Any such designation will be noted on the product page of non-returnable products.
- Send your return from the same country in which you placed your order. We are not able to accept returns from different countries.
